
My Story
I spent 14 years in advertising, crafting stories and exploring what moves people. What captivated me most wasn’t the campaigns, it was the people behind them: their emotions, experiences, and the quiet “why” beneath why they do what they do.
That fascination with people led me to therapy. I combine curiosity, compassion, and practical strategies to help you understand your emotions, notice patterns, and try new ways of responding like untangling life’s knots into threads you can follow.
I do my own inner work too, which helps me stay grounded and present alongside my clients. My hope is to help you uncover what truly matters: clarity, confidence, and a life that feels authentically yours.
My Approach
In our sessions, you’ll have a safe, reflective space to pause, notice patterns in your thoughts and feelings, and explore what truly matters to you.
Using approaches from evidence based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help you make sense of experiences, navigate challenges, and experiment with new ways of responding, kind of like learning a new path through a familiar forest.
We’ll map out the thoughts and feelings that shape your experience, and explore strategies to respond in ways that feel meaningful.
I often use metaphors and analogies to make things feel more tangible like turning life’s complicated knots into threads you can untangle. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, guided, and empowered to make choices that reflect who you really are.
