How to Book

• Confirmation: To secure your slot, full payment is required within 24 hours of booking. Unpaid slots are automatically released to other clients.

• Arrival: To respect everyone’s schedule, sessions will be considered a "no-show" if you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice.

• Validity: All sessions must be completed within 60 days of purchase

• Extensions: Subject to availability, 60 minute sessions can be extended at a prorated half-hourly rate.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• 48-Hour Policy: You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 48 hours before our session.

• Late Notice: Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments result in a forfeiture of the session fee.

The 6-Session Growth Package

• Commitment: Packages are offered at a reduced rate to honor a consistent commitment to your therapy.

• Validity: All 6 sessions must be completed within 60 days of your first scheduled session.

• Terms: Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.​​​
