My Approach
I work from an integrative approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) blending evidence-based strategies with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
A quote that captures my philosophy comes from
Viktor Frankl:
“Between stimulus and response, there is a space.
In that space lies our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
That space is what I aim to create in therapy, a safe, reflective place where you can pause, make sense of your experiences, and rediscover choice, meaning, and self-trust. It’s also the space I hold within myself as a person and therapist to stay curious, grounded, and open to growth alongside my clients.
